This is not a 5 star hotel, however it exceeded my expectations given the reviews. While it was dated, it was clean, was not musty. I always check for bugs at any hotel i stay at, I didn't find any here. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was descent. I will be staying there again the next time I come for a game!
A spacious hotel to stay the night at. They offer a beautiful pool and hot tub area and a well maintained patio grounds. The rooms have great pillows and the shower is fully stocked with amenities. The continental breakfast is wonderful, eggs, potatoes, sausage and a waffle maker The woman maintaining the station did a fantastic job at keeping everything full and nice!
Customer service Haley was great she's very outgoing it was a great experience that we were here everybody was great I never seen so much hospitality before.
I stayed here for 4 days. The staff was absolutely excellent in helping with all of my needs and made check in very easy. The room was an average room I didn't see any problems other than the phone didn't work and the dryer but that's not a huge issue. The breakfast was decent, they had some bagels and fruit and some cereal so that was cool. And they had coffee basically all day which was nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper stay and decent play to stay at.
This hotel though not fancy met all of my needs and more. The girl named Hailey at the front desk was especially kind and very helpful as was the man who checked me in. When I needed help with finding nearby food and shopping they did not hesitate to help me and with a smile. There are several restaurants in walking area and a Kroger and Meijer just down the road. This is no 4 star hotel of course but the room was clean it was quiet, and the indoor pool was a bonus as I always enjoy a swim and it being December I couldn't pass it up. The pool was clean too and we'll heated. The complimentary breakfast was nothing fancy but just what I needed. I have had some horrible experinces lately with hotels of the same calibre as this but I had no problems here whatsoever. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Well cleaned rooms, kind staff, location is good from Ann arbor downtown UM and Ypsilanti EMU 10 MINUTES EACH WAY . Also has a pool
